Stanislav Mekhanoshin 038d884a50 [AMDGPU] Use flat scratch instructions where available
The support is disabled by default. So far there is instruction
selection, spilling, and frame elimination. It also changes SP
from unswizzled to swizzled as used by flat scratch instructions,
so it cannot be mixed with MUBUF stack access.

At the very least missing:

- GlobalISel;
- Some optimizations in frame elimination in between vector
  and scalar ALU;
- It shall finally allow to always materialize frame index
  as an SGPR, but that is not implemented and frame elimination
  cannot handle it yet;
- Unaligned and/or multidword flat scratch shall work, but it
  is legalized now for MUBUF;
- Operand folding cannot optimize FI like with MUBUF yet;
- It will need scaling the value of the SP/FP in the DWARF
  expression to recover the unswizzled scratch address;

Adjust alignment requirements for ds_read/write_b96/b128.
GFX9 and onwards allow misaligned access for reads and writes but only if
SH_MEM_CONFIG.alignment_mode allows it.
UnalignedDSAccess is set on GCN subtargets from GFX9 onward to let us know if we
can relax alignment requirements.
UnalignedAccessMode acts similary to UnalignedBufferAccess for DS instructions
but only from GFX9 onward and is supposed to match alignment_mode. By default
alignment of 4 is required.

Craig Topper c7a0b2684f [X86][MC][Target] Initial backend support a tune CPU to support -mtune
This patch implements initial backend support for a -mtune CPU controlled by a "tune-cpu" function attribute. If the attribute is not present X86 will use the resolved CPU from target-cpu attribute or command line.

This patch adds MC layer support a tune CPU. Each CPU now has two sets of features stored in their GenSubtargetInfo.inc tables . These features lists are passed separately to the Processor and ProcessorModel classes in tablegen. The tune list defaults to an empty list to avoid changes to non-X86. This annoyingly increases the size of static tables on all target as we now store 24 more bytes per CPU. I haven't quantified the overall impact, but I can if we're concerned.

One new test is added to X86 to show a few tuning features with mismatched tune-cpu and target-cpu/target-feature attributes to demonstrate independent control. Another new test is added to demonstrate that the scheduler model follows the tune CPU.

I have not added a -mtune to llc/opt or MC layer command line yet. With no attributes we'll just use the -mcpu for both. MC layer tools will always follow the normal CPU for tuning.

Summary:
If amdgpu-flat-work-group-size is not specified in LLVM IR, the backend
uses default value of 1024. For this, minimum waves per EU should be 4.
However, backend is still setting minimum value to 1 instead of calculated
value. This is not observed normally as frontend always provide
amdgpu-flat-work-group-size attribute.

Stanislav Mekhanoshin 555d8f4ef5 [AMDGPU] Bundle loads before post-RA scheduler
We are relying on atrificial DAG edges inserted by the
MemOpClusterMutation to keep loads and stores together in the
post-RA scheduler. This does not work all the time since it
allows to schedule a completely independent instruction in the
middle of the cluster.

Removed the DAG mutation and added pass to bundle already
clustered instructions. These bundles are unpacked before the
memory legalizer because it does not work with bundles but also
because it allows to insert waitcounts in the middle of a store
cluster.

Removing artificial edges also allows a more relaxed scheduling.

This is a follow up on https://reviews.llvm.org/D71473#inline-647262.
There's a caveat here that `Align(1)` relies on the compiler understanding of `Log2_64` implementation to produce good code. One could use `Align()` as a replacement but I believe it is less clear that the alignment is one in that case.

Matt Arsenault 4b47213951 AMDGPU: Switch backend default max workgroup size to 1024
Previously this would default to 256, not the maximum supported size
of 1024. Using a maximum lower than the hardware maximum requires
language runtimes to enforce this limit for correctness, which no
language has correctly done. Switch the default to the conservatively
correct maximum, and force frontends to opt-in to the more optimal 256
default maximum.

I don't really understand why the changes in occupancy-levels.ll
increased the computed occupancy, which I expected to decrease. I'm
not sure if these tests should be forcing the old maximum.
