Bruno Cardoso Lopes cfd183ee7e [Driver][Darwin] Disable default stack protector levels in freestanding mode. 
Currently -fstack-protector is on by default when using -ffreestanding.
Change the default behavior to have it off when using -ffreestanding.

Filipe Cabecinhas c888e190ba Bring back r250262: PS4 toolchain 
There was a minor problem with a test. Sorry for the noise yesterday.

This patch adds missing pieces to clang, including the PS4 toolchain
definition, added warnings, PS4 defaults, and Driver changes needed for
our compiler.

Rafael Espindola ce5c6091e0 Don't reduce the stack protector level given -fstack-protector. 
Before -fstack-protector would always force a level of 1, even if the default
was 2.

Josh Magee e0fc1a80cb [stackprotector] Add command line option -fstack-protector-strong 
This option has the following effects:
 * It adds the sspstrong IR attribute to each function within the CU.
 * It defines the macro __SSP_STRONG__ with the value of 2.
