Wael Yehia 91db11c98d XFAIL thinlto testcases on AIX 
In D100350, we switched off thinLTO on the AIX OS. So, XFAIL tests that
invoke clang with -flto=thin on AIX.

Douglas Yung aa25e5bab2 Fix tests for ARM targets

Use PreCodeGenModuleHook to invoke the correct writer when emitting LLVM
IR, returning false to skip codegen from within thinBackend.
