Fangrui Song bd484c9940 [lld] Remove unused LLD_REPOSITORY
Remnant after D72803.

Distributions who want to customize the string can customize

Marcel Hlopko 9bb9b737c5 Remove HAVE_VCS_VERSION_INC, not needed
This preprocessor define was meant to be used to conditionally include VCSVersion.inc. However, the define was always set, and it was the content of the header that was conditionally generated. Therefore HAVE_VCS_VERSION_INC should be cleaned up.

stevewan 44f7b40249 Add vendor macro to "lld"
Summary:
Add the vendor macro to "lld" for extended version output support,
such that it's able to print additional version info. This is
consistent with the Clang and LLVM version printer, and the
additional version message can be provided via PACKAGE_VENDOR.

Rui Ueyama 04661e1084 Update `ld.lld --version` string for monorepo.
This patch basically does the same thing as
https://reviews.llvm.org/rL352729 did to clang.

With this patch, lld now prints out a correct version string including
a git commit id like this:

  $ bin/ld.lld --version
LLD 9.0.0 (https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project.git c027658504fa9e68173f53dedaf223695a65e910) (compatible with GNU linkers)

Chandler Carruth 2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Rui Ueyama 3f851704c1 Move new lld's code to Common subdirectory.
New lld's files are spread under lib subdirectory, and it isn't easy
to find which files are actually maintained. This patch moves maintained
files to Common subdirectory.
