Douglas Katzman 8f01f1cfc3 Wrap some long lines in LLVMBuild files. NFC 
As suggested by jroelofs in a prior review (D9752),
it makes sense to generally prefer multi-line format.

Rafael Espindola 293cbf6ffe Attempt at fixing the windows dll build. 
It looks like only direct (i.e., explicitly listed) dependencies are

NAKAMURA Takumi 04b8b37f56 Prune Redundant libdeps in CMake's target_link_libraries and LLVMBuild.txt. 
I checked this with Release+Asserts on x86_64-mingw32. Please restore partially if this were overkill.

Rafael Espindola c63c714ed1 LTO depends on Object now. 
Fixes the build with only the ARM backend enabled. For some reason some
other backend was pulling Object and this went unnoticed.
