Related synthesized properties with the ivar they use with the 'accessor' relation, and make sure
we mark them 'implicit' when appropriate.

Instead of using the location of the beginning '-'/'+'.
This is consistent with location used for function decls and ObjC method calls where we use the base name as the location as well.

AST: For auto-synthesized ivars give them the location of the related
property (previously they had no source location). This allows them
to be indexed by libclang.
libclang: Make sure synthesized ivars are indexed before the methods that
may reference them.
