Douglas Gregor b5176a5328 Objective-C++ ARC: do not mangle __unsafe_unretained lifetime
qualifiers, so that an __unsafe_unretained-qualified type T in ARC code
will have the same mangling as T in non-ARC code, improving ABI
interoperability. This works now because we infer or require a
lifetime qualifier everywhere one can appear in an external
interface. Another part of <rdar://problem/9595486>.

Douglas Gregor e46db90c9a Objective-ARC++: infer template type arguments of
ownership-unqualified retainable object type as __strong. This allows
us to write, e.g.,

  std::vector<id>

and we'll infer that the vector's element types have __strong
ownership semantics, which is far nicer than requiring:

  std::vector<__strong id>

Note that we allow one to override the ownership qualifier of a
substituted template type parameter, e.g., given

  template<typename T>
  struct X {
    typedef __weak T type;
  };

X<id> is treated the same as X<__strong id>. At instantiation type,
the __weak in "__weak T" overrides the (inferred or specified)
__strong on the template argument type, so that we can still provide
metaprogramming transformations.

Greg Clayton c662ec8bd3 Fixed variable parsing to not parse block variables over and over due to an
issue in the way block variables are marked as parsed. In the DWARF parser we
always parse all blocks for a function at once, so we can mark all blocks as
having all variables parsed and avoid recursive function calls to try and
reparse things that have already been handled.

Fixed an issue with how variables get scoped into blocks. The DWARF parser can
now handle abtract class definitions that contain concrete static variables.
When the concrete instance of the class functions get instantiated, they will
track down the concrete block for the abtract block and add the variable to
each block.

Bill Wendling e303114b3c Add an option that allows one to "decode" the LSDA.
The LSDA is a bit difficult for the non-initiated to read. Even with comments,
it's not always clear what's going on. This wraps the ASM streamer in a class
that retains the LSDA and then emits a human-readable description of what's
going on in it.

So instead of having to make sense of:

Johnny Chen a807902031 Add a bunch of test cases to TestHelloWorld.py to exercise combinations of dwarf/dsym debug setup.
Among them are test cases to exercise SBTarget.AttachToProcessWithName(); we attach to "hello_world",
and verify that, after attachment, the currently selected target indeed matches "hello_world".

Douglas Gregor 6c9d31eb25 When emitting a compound literal of POD type, continue to emit a
separate aggregate temporary and then memcpy it over to the
destination. This fixes a regression I introduced with r133235, where
the compound literal on the RHS of an assignment makes use of the
structure on the LHS of the assignment.

I'm deeply suspicious of AggExprEmitter::VisitBinAssign()'s
optimization where it emits the RHS of an aggregate assignment
directly into the LHS lvalue without checking whether there is any
aliasing between the LHS/RHS. However, I'm not in a position to
revisit this now.

Justin Holewinski 3604d9a421 PTX: Adjust rounding modes
* rounding modes for fp add, mul, sub now use .rn
* float -> int rounding correctly uses .rzi not .rni
* 32bit fdiv for sm13 uses div.rn (instead of div.approx)
* 32bit fdiv for sm10 now uses div (instead of div.approx)

Approx is not IEEE 754 compatible (and should be optionally set by a flag to the backend instead). The .rn rounding modifier is the PTX default anyway, but it's better to be explicit.

All these modifiers should be available by using __fmul_rz functions for example, but support will need to be added for this in the backend.

config.cache's inconsistency should be responsible to him.
