Jakob Stoklund Olesen 1886a4c823 Emit less labels for debug info and stop emitting .loc directives for DBG_VALUEs. 
The .dot directives don't need labels, that is a leftover from when we created
line number info manually.

Instructions following a DBG_VALUE can share its label since the DBG_VALUE
doesn't produce any code.

Rafael Espindola 67c6ab8865 Change CodeGen to use .loc directives. This produces a lot more readable output 
and testing is easier.  A good example is the unknown-location.ll test that
now can just look for ".loc 1 0 0".  We also don't use a DW_LNE_set_address for
every address change anymore.

Dan Gohman 7421ae48bf Disable the new unknown-location code for now. It causes a major 
increase in the debug line info section, and it's causing
regressions in a gdb testsuite.
