Douglas Gregor	43bc036e8a	Promote the warning about extra qualification on a declaration from a ... warning to an error. C++ bans it, and both GCC and EDG diagnose it as an error. Douglas Gregor	b7d17ddbf9	Unify and fix our checking of C++ [dcl.meaning]p1's requirements ... concerning qualified declarator-ids. We now diagnose extraneous qualification at namespace scope (which we had previously missed) and diagnose these qualification errors for all kinds of declarations; it was rather uneven before. Richard Smith	7b8c3c91f4	PR10359: Template declarations which define classes are not permitted to also contain declarators. Previously we would accept code like this: ... template<typename T> struct S { } f() { return 0; } This case now produces a missing ';' diagnostic, since that seems like a much more likely error than an attempt to declare a function or variable in addition to the class template.
