Victor Hernandez fb7c680b61 Introduce the "@llvm.dbg.value" debug intrinsic. 
The semantics of llvm.dbg.value are that starting from where it is executed, an offset into the specified user source variable is specified to get a new value.

An example:
  call void @llvm.dbg.value(metadata !{ i32 7 }, i64 0, metadata !2)
Here the user source variable associated with metadata #2 gets the value "i32 7" at offset 0.

Zhongxing Xu 175447f743 Add EvalCallExpr interface to checker, and migrate the no-return function 
handler to this interface.
GRExprEngine::CheckerEvalCall() will return true if one of the checkers has
processed the node. In the future this might return void when we have some 
default checker.

Anders Carlsson 82fccd014a Rework how virtual member functions are marked. If a class has no key function, we now wait until the end of the translation unit to mark its virtual member functions as references. This lays the groundwork for fixing PR5557.

Oscar Fuentes 8b6d88d2f8 Fixes the Atomic implementation if compiled by MSVC compiler. 
sys::cas_flag should be long on this platform, InterlockedAdd() is
defined only for the Itanium architecture (according to MSDN).

John McCall bcd035061d DeclaratorInfo -> TypeSourceInfo. Makes an effort to rename associated variables, 
but the results are imperfect.

For posterity, I did:
