Chris Lattner 0e125bb4d0 introduce a new TargetLibraryInfo pass, which transformations can use to 
query about available library functions.  For now this just has 
memset_pattern16, which exists on darwin, but it can be extended for a 
bunch of other things in the future.

Chris Lattner 25963c6113 "In order to ease automatic bindings generation, it would be helpful if boolean values were distinguishable from integers. The attached patch introduces "typedef int LLVMBool;", and uses LLVMBool instead of int throughout the C API, wherever a boolean value is called for."

Duncan Sands af9eaa830a Rename PaddedSize to AllocSize, in the hope that this
