Siva Chandra Reddy 107ce71849 [libc] Use real objects and archives in integration tests.
Previously, we used empty, non-ELF crti.o, crtn.o, libm.a and libc++.a
files. Instead, we now still use dummies but they are real ELF object
files and archives.

Siva Chandra Reddy 7fdb50c813 [libc] Add a new rule add_integration_test.
All existing loader tests are switched to an integration test added with
the new rule. Also, the getenv test is now enabled as an integration test.

All loader tests have been moved to test/integration. Also, the simple
checker library for the previous loader tests has been moved to a
separate directory of its own.

A follow up change will perform more cleanup of the loader CMake rules
to eliminate now redundent options.

Siva Chandra Reddy b950a0d44d [libc][Obvious] Remove an unnecessary dep and use inline_memcpy.
An unnecessary dep of the getenv function is removed. From the x86_64
loader, a call to __llvm_libc::memcpy is replaced with call to
__llvm_libc::inline_memcpy.

The loader TLS test for x86_64, which now passes, has been enabled.
A future change should enable the test for aarch64 as well.

Jeff Bailey 55120aad4e Implement basic loader for Linux aarch64
This implements a basic arm64 loader for Linux, and all the currently
enabled linker tests pass. TLS is not implemented, and functions
using it will have undefined behaviour. Notably, the TLS test is
currently disabled on x86_64.

Much of the structure is copied from x86_64 to allow for a refactoring
of the start code between architectures.

Tested:
ninja libc_loader_tests on aarch64-linux.

Raman Tenneti f2a7f83595 Introduce getenv to LLVM libc
Add support for getenv as defined by the Open Group's "System Interface &
 Header" in https://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/7908799/xsh/getenv.html

getenv requires a standard way of accessing the environment,
so a pointer to the environment is added to the startup in crt1.
Consquently, this function is not usable on top of other libcs.

Added starts_with method to StringView. getenv function uses it.

Guillaume Chatelet 7c2ece523d [libc] Normalize LIBC_TARGET_MACHINE
Current implementation defines LIBC_TARGET_MACHINE with the use of CMAKE_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR.
Unfortunately CMAKE_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR is OS dependent and can produce different results.
An evidence of this is the various matchers used to detect whether the architecture is x86.

This patch normalizes LIBC_TARGET_MACHINE and renames it LIBC_TARGET_ARCHITECTURE.
I've added many architectures but we may want to limit ourselves to x86 and ARM.

be added very soon and refactoring of the loader code will be done as
part of the patches adding it.

Deps are recrusively evaluated at the place they are needed. With this
change, one does not have to list recursive deps of entrypoints when
listing test targets. One will still have to explicitly list all
entrypoint objects when setting up an "add_entrypoint_library" target.
