The majority of tests omit testing "clang" for -cc1 command lines. In addition,
some distributions symlink %clang to an executable with a content hash based
filename so clang{{.*}} check won't work.
With this change, we can remove many -no-canonical-prefixes whose purpose was to
make the tests pass on such distributions.
On platforms where the integrated as isn't called by default this
test fails since the output is not what it expects. Adding this
option generates the expected output on those platforms as well.
The new option `-fproc-stat-info=<file>` can be used to generate report
about used memory and execution tile of each stage of compilation.
Documentation for this option can be found in `UserManual.rst`. The
option can be used in parallel builds.
