Chandler Carruth b19289331d This really seems like a boring set of fixes to our tests to make them more 
independent of the underlying system. Let me know if any of these are too
aggressive.

Daniel Dunbar 8fbe78f6fc Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'. 
- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable"
   which is substituted. It is '%clang_cc1' instead of '%clang -cc1' because it
   can be useful to redefine what gets run as 'clang -cc1' (for example, to set
   a default target).

Mike Stump 6b63074de9 Fix limits.h for linux, as glibc does a #include_next unless 
_GCC_LIMITS_H_ is defined, when __GNUC__ is defined.

Also, we need to stay away from possible conflicts with header guards.
We should use CLANG_ to prefix all header guards.
