Duncan P. N. Exon Smith 9dd4e4e63a DebugInfo: Metadata constructs now start with DI* 
LLVM r236120 renamed debug info IR constructs to use a `DI` prefix, now
that the `DIDescriptor` hierarchy has been gone for about a week.  This
commit was generated using the rename-md-di-nodes.sh upgrade script
attached to PR23080, followed by running clang-format-diff.py on the
`lib/` portion of the patch.

David Blaikie 5e9e13f54a Temporarily XFAIL fallout from r225083 while investigating. 
Between this behavior and that fixed by r225083/r225000, I'll take the
latter over the former for now, but I'm immediately working on
understanding/addressing this behavior too.

(the fact that the code change in r225083 caused this change in behavior
is a bit troubling anyway - given that it looks & claims to be just a
preformance thing)

Eric Christopher a2f7eb7c52 Add a new option for and disable column number information as there 
are no known current users of column info. Robustify and fix up
a few tests in the process. Reduces the size of debug information
by a small amount.

Eric Christopher 3cc207bbcc Forward declarations should take a context. This helps the debugger 
find forward declarations in the context that the actual definition
will occur.
