Jan Wen Voung 87f77b5f9a Add hook in MCSection to decide when to use "optimized nops", for each 
section kind. Previously, optimized nops were only used for MachO.
Also added tests for ELF and COFF.

Jan Wen Voung efbdbe5565 Move logic of determining ELF entsize from the .s printer to initialization 
time. That way, the EntrySize field is initialized for other code paths, 
namely, the .ll -> .o code path.

Chris Lattner 0fbe0f51a4 add support for target-specific ELF section flags, add a new MCSectionXCore 
class which represents the XCore cp/dp section flags.  No functionality
change yet.

Dan Gohman 3e0bd7852f Fix MCSectionELF::ShouldOmitSectionDirective's matching of .data and 
friends so that it doesn't match sections like .data.rel.local, which
should not be emitted as section directives.

Bruno Cardoso Lopes 607cd3b63a Change MCSectionELF to represent a section semantically instead of 
syntactically as a string, very similiar to what Chris did with MachO.
The parsing support and validation is not introduced yet.
