Rafael Espindola 5560a4cfbd Use raw_pwrite_stream in the object writer/streamer. 
The ELF object writer will take advantage of that in the next commit.

Eric Christopher 0169e42c3b Remove the use of the subtarget in MCCodeEmitter creation and

Sid Manning 7da3f9acba Adding skeleton for unit testing Hexagon Code Emission 
Adding and modifying CMakeLists.txt files to run unit tests under
unittests/Target/* if the directory exists.  Adding basic unit test to check
that code emitter object can be retrieved.

Benjamin Kramer a7c40ef022 Canonicalize header guards into a common format. 
Add header guards to files that were missing guards. Remove #endif comments
as they don't seem common in LLVM (we can easily add them back if we decide
they're useful)

Changes made by clang-tidy with minor tweaks.
