Changes include:
- Updates to the instruction descriptor flags.
- Improvements to the packet shuffler and checker.
- Updates to the handling of certain relocations.
- Better handling of duplex instructions.

Krzysztof Parzyszek 73e0ad8220 [Hexagon] Fix disassembler crash after r279255 
When p0 was added as an explicit operand to the duplex subinstructions,
the disassembler was not updated to reflect this.
