Fangrui Song b912b887d8 [ELF] Add --print-archive-stats=
gold has an option --print-symbol-counts= which prints:

  // For each archive
  archive $archive $members $fetched_members
  // For each object file
  symbols $object $defined_symbols $used_defined_symbols

In most cases, `$defined_symbols = $used_defined_symbols` unless weak
symbols are present. Strangely `$used_defined_symbols` includes symbols defined relative to --gc-sections discarded sections.
The `symbols` lines do not appear to be useful.

`archive` lines are useful: `$fetched_members=0` lines correspond to
unused archives. The information can be used to trim dependencies.

This patch implements --print-archive-stats= which prints the number of
members and the number of fetched members for each archive.

Chandler Carruth 2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Rui Ueyama db46a62e2b Implement --cref.
This is an option to print out a table of symbols and filenames.
The output format of this option is the same as GNU, so that it can be
processed by the same scripts as before after migrating from GNU to lld.

This option is mildly useful; we can live without it. But it is pretty
convenient sometimes, and it can be implemented in 50 lines of code, so
I think lld should support this option.

Rui Ueyama 7f9694a42d Pass symbol attributes instead of ElfSym to Shared symbol ctor.
This change allows us to use less templates for Shared symbol and
the functions that deals with shared symbols.

Rafael Espindola 8c022ca783 Merge OutputSectionCommand and OutputSection.
This is a bit of a hack, but it is *so* convenient.

Now that we create synthetic linker scripts when none is provided, we
always have to handle paired OutputSection and OutputsectionCommand and
keep a mapping from one to the other.

This patch simplifies things by merging them and creating what used to
be OutputSectionCommands really early.

Rafael Espindola 2d9a3be2ab Keep a list of all OutputSectionCommands.
Now that we are trying to use the linker script representation as the
canonycal one, there are a few loops looking for just OutputSectionCommands.

Create a vector with just the OutputSectionCommands once that is
stable to simplify the rest of the code.

Rafael Espindola a46f688e8f Use linker script commands in writeMapFile.
This converts the last (chronologically) user of OutputSections to use
the linker script commands instead.

The idea is to convert all uses after fabricateDefaultCommands, so
that we have a single representation.

The format is not exactly the same as the one in bfd since bfd always
follows a linker script and prints it along.
