Manuel Klimek	65fd0e1fd3	Adds support for auto-detection of compilation databases from a source file and changes clang-check to make use of this. Manuel Klimek	805d8dc52a	Fixes resolution of relative paths when running clang tools. The chdir is not the perfect fix, as it is thread hostile.
