Erik Pilkington d5b017d601 [Sema] Fix-up a -Wfloat-conversion diagnostic 
We were warning on valid ObjC property reference exprs, and passing
in the wrong arguments to DiagnoseFloatingImpCast (leading to a badly
worded diagnostic).

Ted Kremenek a553fbfcd1 GetExprRange() (used by -Wconversion checking) should look through OpaqueValueExprs. 
Fixes a false positive with -Wconversion involving Objective-C properties.

Fixes <rdar://problem/14415662>.
