Eli Friedman	92d0d13366	[AArch64] Prefer "mov" over "orr" to materialize constants. ... This is generally more readable due to the way the assembler aliases work. (This causes a lot of test changes, but it's not really as scary as it looks at first glance; it's just mechanically changing a bunch of checks for orr to check for mov instead.) Nikita Popov	1a26144ff5	[AArch64] Turn BIC immediate creation into a DAG combine ... Switch BIC immediate creation for vector ANDs from custom lowering to a DAG combine, which gives generic DAG combines a change to apply first. In particular this avoids (and x, -1) being turned into a (bic x, 0) instead of being eliminated entirely.
