David Chisnall e36a15db17 Localisation test fixes to make the tests pass on FreeBSD, which does not provide shortened forms of the various locales (e.g. en_US, rather than en_US.UTF-8 / en_US.ISO{whatever}).

John McCall cbc038a6c3 ANSI C requires that a call to an unprototyped function type succeed
if the definition has a non-variadic prototype with compatible
parameters. Therefore, the default rule for such calls must be to
use a non-variadic convention. Achieve this by casting the callee to
the function type with which it is required to be compatible, unless
the target specifically opts out and insists that unprototyped calls
should use the variadic rules. The only case of that I'm aware of is
the x86-64 convention, which passes arguments the same way in both
cases but also sets a small amount of extra information; here we seek
to maintain compatibility with GCC, which does set this when calling
an unprototyped function.

Addresses PR10810 and PR10713.

Greg Clayton 593577a13a The first part of a fix for being able to select an architecture slice from
a file when the target has a triple with an unknown vendor and/or OS and the
slice of the file itself has a valid vendor and/or OS.

The Module now adopts the ObjectFile's architecture after a valid architecture
has been loaded to make sure the module matches the object file.

Andrew Trick 924123acb3 Lower ARM adds/subs to add/sub after adding optional CPSR operand.
This is still a hack until we can teach tblgen to generate the
optional CPSR operand rather than an implicit CPSR def. But the
strangeness is now limited to the selection DAG. ADD/SUB MI's no
longer have implicit CPSR defs, nor do we allow flag setting variants
of these opcodes in machine code. There are several corner cases to
consider, and getting one wrong would previously lead to nasty
miscompilation. It's not the first time I've debugged one, so this
time I added enough verification to ensure it won't happen again.

The landing pad must accompany the invoke when it's extracted. However, if it
does, then the loop isn't properly extracted. I.e., the resulting extraction has
a loop in it. The extracted function is then extracted, etc. resulting in an
infinite loop.
