Add basic ComputeNumSignBits support for TRUNCATE ops for cases where the source's number of sign bits overlaps with the truncated size.
Improves X86 SIGN_EXTEND_IN_REG vector cases which were needlessly sign extending boolean vector results.

Summary:
The index and one of the table operands can be swapped by changing the opcode to the other version. Neither of these operands are the one that can load from memory so this can't be used to increase memory folding opportunities.
We need to handle the unmasked forms and the kz forms. Since the load operand isn't being commuted we can commute the load and broadcast instructions too.

Retrying after upstream changes.
Simplify Consecutive Merge Store Candidate Search
Now that address aliasing is much less conservative, push through
simplified store merging search which only checks for parallel stores
through the chain subgraph. This is cleaner as the separation of
non-interfering loads/stores from the store-merging logic.
Whem merging stores, search up the chain through a single load, and
finds all possible stores by looking down from through a load and a
TokenFactor to all stores visited. This improves the quality of the
output SelectionDAG and generally the output CodeGen (with some
exceptions).
Additional Minor Changes:
1. Finishes removing unused AliasLoad code
2. Unifies the the chain aggregation in the merged stores across
code paths
3. Re-add the Store node to the worklist after calling
SimplifyDemandedBits.
4. Increase GatherAllAliasesMaxDepth from 6 to 18. That number is
arbitrary, but seemed sufficient to not cause regressions in
tests.
This finishes the change Matt Arsenault started in r246307 and
jyknight's original patch.
Many tests required some changes as memory operations are now
reorderable. Some tests relying on the order were changed to use
volatile memory operations

1. Use shuffle to insert element i1 into vector. The previous implementation was incorrect ( dest_bit OR src_bit , it doesn't clear the bit if src_bit=0 )
2. Improve shuffle i1 vector, use CVT2MASK if supported instead TRUNCATE.

The previous implementation (not custom) doesn't enforce zeroing off upper bits. The assumption is that i1 PRODUCER (truncate and extractelement) must zero all upper bits, so i1 CONSUMER instructions ( test, zext, save, etc) can be done without additional zeroing.
Make extractelement i1 lowering custom for all vector i1.

An identity COPY like this:
%AL = COPY %AL, %EAX<imp-def>
has no semantic effect, but encodes liveness information: Further users
of %EAX only depend on this instruction even though it does not define
the full register.
Replace the COPY with a KILL instruction in those cases to maintain this
liveness information. (This reverts a small part of r238588 but this
time adds a comment explaining why a KILL instruction is useful).

xorl + setcc is generally the preferred sequence due to the partial register
stall setcc + movzbl suffers from. As a bonus, it also encodes one byte smaller.

which was not appreciated by fast regalloc on 32-bit.

The patch removes redundant kmov instructions (not all, we still have a lot of work here) and redundant "and" instructions after "setcc".
I use "AssertZero" marker between X86ISD::SETCC node and "truncate" to eliminate extra "and $1" instruction.
I also changed zext, aext and trunc patterns in the .td file. It allows to remove extra "kmov" instruictions.
This patch fixes https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=28173.
Fast ISEL mode is not supported correctly for AVX-512. ICMP/FCMP scalar instruction should return result in k-reg. It will be fixed in one of the next patches. I redirected handling of "cmp" to the DAG builder mode. (The code looks worse in one specific test case, but without this fix the new patch fails).

This re-applies r268760, reverted in r268794.
Fixes http://llvm.org/PR27670
The original imp-defs assertion was way overzealous: forward all
implicit operands, except imp-defs of the new super-reg def (r268787
for GR64, but also possible for GR16->GR32), or imp-uses of the new
super-reg use.
While there, mark the source use as Undef, and add an imp-use of the
old source reg: that should cover any case of dead super-regs.
At the stage the pass runs, flags are unlikely to matter anyway;
still, let's be as correct as possible.
Also add MIR tests for the various interesting cases.

xor/and/or (bitcast(A), bitcast(B)) -> bitcast(op (A,B)) was only being combined at the AfterLegalizeTypes stage, this patch permits the combine to occur anytime before then as well.
The main aim with this to improve the ability to recognise bitmasks that can be converted to shuffles.
I had to modify a number of AVX512 mask tests as the basic bitcast to/from scalar pattern was being stripped out, preventing testing of the mmask bitops. By replacing the bitcasts with loads we can get almost the same result.

The patterns that set a mask register to 0/1
KXOR %kn, %kn, %kn / KXNOR %kn, %kn, %kn
are replaced with
KXOR %k0, %k0, %kn / KXNOR %k0, %k0, %kn - AVX-512 targets optimization.
KNL does not recognize dependency-breaking idioms for mask registers,
so kxnor %k1, %k1, %k2 has a RAW dependence on %k1.
Using %k0 as the undef input register is a performance heuristic based
on the assumption that %k0 is used less frequently than the other mask
registers, since it is not usable as a write mask.
