Akira Hatanaka 10aced824a [Parser] Clear the TemplateParamScope bit of the current scope's flag
if we are parsing a template specialization.

This commit makes changes to clear the TemplateParamScope bit and set
the TemplateParamParent field of the current scope to null if a template
specialization is being parsed.

Before this commit, Sema::ActOnStartOfLambdaDefinition would check
whether the parent template scope had any decls to determine whether
or not a template specialization was being parsed. This wasn't correct
since it couldn't distinguish between a real template specialization and
a template defintion with an unnamed template parameter (only template
parameters with names are added to the scope's decl list). To fix the
bug, this commit changes the code to check the pointer to the parent
template scope rather than the decl list.

Faisal Vali 0374bf0d07 [NFC] Change the evaluation context of a non-type default template argument from Unevaluated to ConstantEvaluated.
This patch emits a more appropriate (but still noisy) diagnostic stream when a lambda-expression is encountered within a non-type default argument. 

For e.g. template<int N = ([] { return 5; }())> int f();

As opposed to complaining that a lambda expression is not allowed in an unevaluated operand, the patch complains about the lambda being forbidden in a constant expression context (which will be allowed in C++17 now that they have been accepted by EWG, unless of course CWG or national bodies (that have so far shown no signs of concern) rise in protest) 

As I start submitting patches for constexpr lambdas (http://wg21.link/P0170R0) under C++1z (OK'd by Richard Smith at Kona), this will be one less change to make.

Hans Wennborg 86be54cc80 Tighten test regexes checking for __attribute__((thiscall)) on function types.
The tests were perhaps made too relaxed in r197164 when we switched to the new
MinGW ABI. This makes sure we check explicitly for an optional thiscall
attribute and nothing else.

We should still look into whether we should print these attributes at all in
these cases.

Rafael Espindola 3497069784 Switch to the new MingW ABI.
GCC 4.7 changed the MingW ABI. On the clang side this means that methods now
have the thiscall calling convention by default.

Axel Naumann 693344b505 From Philippe Canal:
Update the two function overloads
    void TemplateSpecializationType::PrintTemplateArgumentList(raw_ostream &OS,....
to behave like
    std::string TemplateSpecializationType::PrintTemplateArgumentList(const TemplateArgument *Args,...
hence making sure that clang consistently adds a space between two '>' at the end of nested template arguments.

Douglas Gregor 5bb5e4ad9d Introduce support for emitting diagnostics (warnings + their notes)
that are suppressed during template argument deduction. This change
queues diagnostics computed during template argument deduction. Then,
if the resulting function template specialization or partial
specialization is chosen by overload resolution or partial ordering
(respectively), we will emit the queued diagnostics at that point. 

This addresses most of PR6784. However, the check for unnamed/local
template arguments (which existed before this change) is still only
skin-deep, and needs to be extended to look deeper into types. It must
be improved to finish PR6784.

Douglas Gregor 6e9cf630f8 When finalizing a function template specialization following template
argument deduction, make sure to check the correctness of deduced template
type arguments (which we had previously skipped) along with other
kinds of template arguments. This fixes part of PR6784, but we're
still swallowing the extension warning about unnamed/local template
arguments.

Chris Lattner 53fa04909c make clang print types as "const int *" instead of "int const*",
which is should have done from the beginning.  As usual, the most
fun with this sort of change is updating all the testcases.

Douglas Gregor b242683d99 Overhaul checking of non-type template arguments that should refer to
an object or function. Our previous checking was too lax, and ended up
allowing missing or extraneous address-of operators, among other
evils. The new checking provides better diagnostics and adheres more
closely to the standard.

Fixes PR6563 and PR6749.

template parameter, perform array/function decay (if needed), take the
address of the argument (if needed), perform qualification conversions
(if needed), and remove any top-level cv-qualifiers from the resulting
expression. Fixes PR6226.

Chandler Carruth 724a8a1fef Fix PR6159 and several other problems with value-dependent non-type template
arguments. This both prevents meaningless checks on these arguments and ensures
that they are represented as an expression by the instantiation.

Cleaned up and added standard text to the relevant test case. Also started
adding tests for *rejected* cases. At least one FIXME here where (I think) we
allow something we shouldn't. More to come in the area of rejecting crazy
arguments with decent diagnostics. Suggestions welcome for still better
diagnostics on these errors!
