Rong Xu	9837ef56b4	[PGO] cc1 option name change for profile instrumentation This patch changes cc1 option -fprofile-instr-generate to an enum option -fprofile-instrument={clang\|none}. It also changes cc1 options -fprofile-instr-generate= to -fprofile-instrument-path=. The driver level option -fprofile-instr-generate and -fprofile-instr-generate= remain intact. Justin Bogner	055ebc348d	InstrProf: Fix coverage mapping when "if" is a macro We were propagating the coverage map into the body of an if statement, but not into the condition thereafter. InstrProf: Fix coverage mapping when "if" is a macro

We were propagating the coverage map into the body of an if statement,
but not into the condition thereafter. This is fine as long as the two
locations are in the same virtual file, but they won't be when the
"if" part of the statement is from a macro and the condition is not.
