Alex Bradbury bd24c7b045 [SelectionDAG] Support promotion of PREFETCH operands 
For targets where i32 is not a legal type (e.g. 64-bit RISC-V), 
LegalizeIntegerTypes must promote the operands of ISD::PREFETCH.
