Heejin Ahn ae5bad7277 [llvm-lipo] Add TextAPI to LINK_COMPONENTS 
Summary:
D68319 uses `MachO::getCPUTypeFromArchitecture` and without this builds
with `-DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON` fail.
