Chris Lattner 0e62c1cc0b remove unneeded llvm:: namespace qualifiers on some core types now that LLVM.h imports 
them into the clang namespace.

Ted Kremenek ddc06d0bd0 Rename class 'CFGReachabilityAnalysis' to 'CFGReverseBlockReachabilityAnalysis'. 
This rename serves two purposes:

- It reflects the actual functionality of this analysis.
- We will have more than one reachability analysis.
