Summary:
RCP has the accuracy limit. If FDIV fpmath require high accuracy rcp may not
meet the requirement. However, in DAG lowering, fpmath information gets lost,
and thus we may generate either inaccurate rcp related computation or slow code
for fdiv.
In patch implements fdiv optimizations in the AMDGPUCodeGenPrepare, which could
exactly know !fpmath.
FastUnsafeRcpLegal: We determine whether it is legal to use rcp based on
unsafe-fp-math, fast math flags, denormals and fpmath
accuracy request.
RCP Optimizations:
1/x -> rcp(x) when fast unsafe rcp is legal or fpmath >= 2.5ULP with
denormals flushed.
a/b -> a*rcp(b) when fast unsafe rcp is legal.
Use fdiv.fast:
a/b -> fdiv.fast(a, b) when RCP optimization is not performed and
fpmath >= 2.5ULP with denormals flushed.
1/x -> fdiv.fast(1,x) when RCP optimization is not performed and
fpmath >= 2.5ULP with denormals.

f64 doesn't work yet because tablegen currently doesn't handlde
REG_SEQUENCE.
This does regress some multi use VALU fneg cases since now the
immediate remains in an SGPR, and more moves are used for legalizing
the xor. This is a SIFixSGPRCopies deficiency.

(-X) * (-Y) + Z --> X * Y + Z
This is a missing optimization that shows up as a potential regression in D66050,
so we should solve it first. We appear to be partly missing this fold in IR as well.
We do handle the simpler case already:
(-X) * (-Y) --> X * Y
And it might be beneficial to make the constraint less conservative (eg, if both
operands are cheap, but not necessarily cheaper), but that causes infinite looping
for the existing fmul transform.

Summary: Honoring no signed zeroes is also available as a user control through clang separately regardless of fastmath or UnsafeFPMath context, DAG guards should reflect this context.

fneg combining attempts to turn it into fadd(fneg(A), fneg(0)), but
creating the new fadd folds to just fneg(A). When A has multiple uses,
this confuses it and you get an assert. Fixed.

Nodes that have no uses are eventually pruned when they are selected
from the worklist. Record nodes newly added to the worklist or DAG and
perform pruning after every combine attempt.

Introduce new versions that follow the IEEE semantics
to help with legalization that may need quieted inputs.
There are some regressions from inserting unnecessary
canonicalizes when these are matched from fast math
fcmp + select which should be fixed in a future commit.

Currently the default C calling convention functions are treated
the same as compute kernels. Make this explicit so the default
calling convention can be changed to a non-kernel.
Converted with perl -pi -e 's/define void/define amdgpu_kernel void/'
on the relevant test directories (and undoing in one place that actually
wanted a non-kernel).

Surprisingly, one of the three interference checks in LiveRegMatrix was
using the main live range instead of the apropriate subregister range
resulting in unnecessarily conservative results.

For -(x + y) -> (-x) + (-y), if x == -y, this would
change the result from -0.0 to 0.0. Since the fma/fmad
combine is an extension of this problem it also
applies there.
fmul should be fine, and I don't think any of the unary
operators or conversions should be a problem either.
