Set the source ranges for parsed GNU-style attributes in
ParseGNUAttributes(), the same way that ParseCXX11Attributes() does it.

Yuanfang Chen 9c2e770034 Add begin source location for the attributed statement created from PragmaLoopHint decorated loop 
Summary:
Right now it is a '<invalid sloc>' for cases like this.
CounterCoverageMappingBuilder relies on the information to decide the
region for a attributed loop.

Aaron Ballman 4b5b0c0025 Move AST tests into their own test directory; NFC. 
This moves everything primarily testing the functionality of -ast-dump and -ast-print into their own directory, rather than leaving the tests spread around the testing directory.
