-For indexDeclaration, also pass the declaration attributes as an array of cursors.
-Rename CXIndexOpt_OneRefPerFile -> CXIndexOpt_SuppressRedundantRefs, and only pass
a reference if a declaration/definition does not exist in the file.

The right way to check for a binary operation is
cast<BinaryOperator>. The original check: cast<Instruction> &&
numOperands() == 2 would match phi "instructions", leading to an
infinite loop in extreme corner case: a useless phi with operands
[self, constant] that prior optimization passes failed to remove,
being used in the loop by another useless phi, in turn being used by an
lshr or udiv.
Fixes PR11350: runaway iteration assertion.

When the solver and SValBuilder cannot reason about symbolic expressions (ex: (x+1)*y ), the analyzer conjures a new symbol with no ties to the past. This helps it to recover some path-sensitivity. However, this breaks the taint propagation.
With this commit, we are going to construct the expression even if we cannot reason about it later on if an operand is tainted.
Also added some comments and asserts.

a bug where the reference count is copied in the copy constructor, which means that there were cases when the CompilerInvocation
objects created by ASTUnit were actually leaked. When I fixed that bug locally, it showed that a whole bunch of code assumed
that the LangOptions object that was part of CompilerInvocation was still alive. By making it heap-allocated and reference counted,
we can keep it around after the CompilerInvocation object goes away.
As part of this change, change CompilerInvocation:getLangOptions() to return a pointer, acting as another clue that this
object may outlive the CompilerInvocation object.
This commit doesn't fix the CompilerInvocation leak itself. That will come when I commit the fix to llvm::RefCountedBase<T> to
mainline LLVM.

Use this option with care as you would need to build the inferior(s) by hand
and build the executable(s) with the correct name(s). This option can be used
with '-# n' to stress test certain test cases for n number of times.

We disable Polly by default and add a new option '-polly' that enables Polly.
This allows us to create an the alias
$ alias clang clang -Xclang -load -Xclang LLVMPolly.so
which loads Polly always into clang. It can now be enabled by running:
$ clang -O3 -mllvm -polly file.c
To enable it by default an alias pollycc can be create
$ alias pollycc clang -O3 -mllvm -polly

ADDs. MaxOffs is used as a threshold to limit the size of the offset. Tradeoffs
being: (1) If we can't materialize the large constant then we'll cause fast-isel
to bail. (2) Too large of an offset can't be directly encoded in the ADD
resulting in a MOV+ADD. Generally not a bad thing because otherwise we would
have had ADD+ADD, but on Thumb this turns into a MOVS+MOVT+ADD. Working on a fix
for that. (3) Conversely, too low of a threshold we'll miss opportunities to
coalesce ADDs.
