Created a visualizer for ActionResult that displayed the validity and the pointer,
but many of them initially displayed poorly. It turns out that the primary culprit
is that LocInfoType is often passed in an action result, but it is not the same
as other types. For example, LocInfoType is not in TypeNodes.def and clang::Type::TypeClass
does not have a LocInfoType enum. After adding a special visualizer for LocInfoType,
the display was more useful

IntToPtr and PtrToInt instructions are basically no-ops that we can handle as
such. In order to generate them properly as parameters we had to improve the
ScopExpander, though the change is the first in the direction of a more
aggressive scalar synthetization.
This patch was originally contributed by Johannes Doerfert in r271888, but was
in conflict with the revert in r272483. This is a recommit with some minor
adjustment to the test cases to take care of differing instruction names.

The recent expression type changes still need more discussion, which will happen
on phabricator or on the mailing list. The precise list of commits reverted are:
- "Refactor division generation code"
- "[NFC] Generate runtime checks after the SCoP"
- "[FIX] Determine insertion point during SCEV expansion"
- "Look through IntToPtr & PtrToInt instructions"
- "Use minimal types for generated expressions"
- "Temporarily promote values to i64 again"
- "[NFC] Avoid unnecessary comparison for min/max expressions"
- "[Polly] Fix -Wunused-variable warnings (NFC)"
- "[NFC] Simplify min/max expression generation"
- "Simplify the type adjustment in the IslExprBuilder"
Some of them are just reverted as we would otherwise get conflicts. I will try
to re-commit them if possible.

This is one of the patches to clean up the code so that
it is in a better form to make future enhancements easier.
In htis patch, the logic to collect viable successors are
extrated as a helper to unclutter the caller which gets very
large recenty. Also cleaned up BP adjustment code.

The bug report by Gonzalo (https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=27507 -- which results in clang crashing when generic lambdas that capture 'this' are instantiated in contexts where the Functionscopeinfo stack is not in a reliable state - yet getCurrentThisType expects it to be) - unearthed some additional bugs in regards to maintaining proper cv qualification through 'this' when performing by value captures of '*this'.
This patch attempts to correct those bugs and makes the following changes:
o) when capturing 'this', we do not need to remember the type of 'this' within the LambdaScopeInfo's Capture - it is never really used for a this capture - so remove it.
o) teach getCurrentThisType to walk the stack of lambdas (even in scenarios where we run out of LambdaScopeInfo's such as when instantiating call operators) looking for by copy captures of '*this' and resetting the type of 'this' based on the constness of that capturing lambda's call operator.
This patch has been baking in review-hell for > 6 weeks - all the comments so far have been addressed and the bug (that it addresses in passing, and I regret not submitting as a separate patch initially) has been reported twice independently, so is frequent and important for us not to just sit on. I merged the cv qualification-fix and the PR-fix initially in one patch, since they resulted from my initial implementation of star-this and so were related. If someone really feels strongly, I can put in the time to revert this - separate the two out - and recommit. I won't claim it's immunized against all bugs, but I feel confident enough about the fix to land it for now.

Summary:
Dominator updation fails for a loop inserted with a new basicblock.
A block required by DT to set the IDom might not have been cloned yet. This is because there is no predefined ordering of loop blocks (except for the header block which should be the first block in the list).
The patch first creates DT nodes for the cloned blocks and then separately updates the DT in a follow-on loop.

Previously message told us that relocations could
not be used when making shared object. That was
correct because message could appear (and it is expected)
when we linked executable.
Message should have being changed to something
that says we can't use a subset of relocations against shared
symbols.
Patch fixes the text.

PSHUFB can speed up BITREVERSE of byte vectors by performing LUT on the low/high nibbles separately and ORing the results. Wider integer vector types are already BSWAP'd beforehand so also make use of this approach.

These are byte shift instructions and it will make shuffle combining a lot more straightforward if we can assume a vXi8 vector of bytes so decoded shuffle masks match the return type's number of elements

The 'Color' enum is only used for irreducible control flow detection. Johannes
already moved this enum in r270054 from ScopDetection.h to ScopDetection.cpp to
limit its scope to a single cpp file. We now move it into the only function
where this enum is needed to make clear that it is only needed locally in this
single function.
Thanks to Johannes for pointing out this cleanup opportunity.

This shouldn't have any functional difference, but it appears to be the
pattern used for other methods on DynamicLibrary, and it should avoid
the -Wpedantic warning on one of the build bots about the direct

MCJIT will now set the DataLayout on a module when it is added to the JIT,
rather than waiting until it is codegen'd, and the runFunction method will
finalize the module containing the function to be run before running it.
The fibonacci example has been updated to include and link against MCJIT.

Summary:
I can't find a case where we can rotate a loop more than once, and it looks
like we never do this. To rotate a loop following conditions should be met:
1) its header should be exiting
2) its latch shouldn't be exiting
But after the first rotation the header becomes the new latch, so this
condition can never be true any longer.
Tested on with an assert on LNT testsuite and make check.
