Martin Storsjö 5ed9e5c2c0 [clang] [MinGW] Consider the per-target libc++ include directory too
The existing logic for per-target libc++ include directories only
seem to exist for the Gnu and Fuchsia drivers, added in
ea12d779bc / D89013.

This is less generic than the corresponding case in the Gnu driver,
but matches the existing level of genericity in the MinGW driver
(and others too).

Martin Storsjö ce49fd024b [clang] [MinGW] Let the last of -mconsole/-mwindows have effect
Don't just check for the existence of one, but check which one was
specified last, if any.

This fixes https://llvm.org/PR51296.

Martin Storsjö f59cd8a4a6 [clang] [MinGW] Fix gcc version detection/picking
Actually compare each version to the version of the last chosen one.

There's no guarantee that the added test case does showcase the
previous issue (it depends on the order that directory entries
are returned when iterating), but with the issue fixed it should behave
deterministically in any case.

Also improve the match patterns in the mingw-sysroot.cpp test a bit.

Martin Storsjo 6afcd64eb6 [GCC] Match a GCC version with a patch suffix without a third version component
Previously it would only accept a string as a GCC version if it had
either two components and no suffix, or three components with an
optional suffix.

Debian and ubuntu provided mingw compilers have lib/gcc/target entries
like "5.3-posix" and "5.3-win32". This doesn't try to make any specific
preference between them (other than lexical sorting of the suffix).

Martin Storsjo acd9ca34d8 [MinGW] Look for libc++ headers in a triplet prefixed path as well
This makes it consistent with libstdc++ and the other default
include directories.

If these headers are found in both locations and one isn't a
symlink to the other, this will cause errors due to libc++ headers
having wrapper headers for some standard C headers, wrappers that
do #include_next the actual one.

If the same libc++ standard C wrapper header exists in more than one
include directory before the real system one, the header include
guard will stop it from doing another #include_next to pick up the
real one, breaking things.

As this is a rather uncommon situation, this should be acceptable
and toolchain maintainers can adapt accordingly if necessary.

Also simplify some of the existing code with a local variable.

Jonas Hahnfeld d196fa524f Support setting default value for -rtlib at build time
This patch introduces a new cmake variable: CLANG_DEFAULT_RTLIB, thru
which we can specify a default value for -rtlib (libgcc or
compiler-rt) at build time, just like how we set the default C++
stdlib thru CLANG_DEFAULT_CXX_STDLIB.

With these two options, we can configure clang to build binaries on
Linux that have no runtime dependence on any gcc libs (libstdc++ or
libgcc_s).

Dimitry Andric b1aa87e120 Fix several accidental DOS line endings in source files
Summary:
There are a number of files in the tree which have been accidentally checked in with DOS line endings. Convert these to native line endings.

There are also a few files which have DOS line endings on purpose, and I have set the svn:eol-style property to 'CRLF' on those.
