Nico Weber c5ffe97988 [lld/mac] Implement support for searching dylibs with @rpath/ in install name 
Also adjust a few comments, and move the DylibFile comment talking about
umbrella next to the parameter again.

Jez Ng e48d1262b8 [lld-macho] Support -rpath 
Pretty straightforward; just emits LC_RPATH for dyld to consume.

Note that lld itself does not yet support dylib lookup via @rpath.
