Daniel Sanders f81ecd2ce2 [tblgen][disasm] Separate encodings from instructions
Summary:
Separate the concept of an encoding from an instruction. This will enable
the definition of additional encodings for the same instruction which can
be used to support variable length instruction sets in the disassembler
(and potentially assembler but I'm not working towards that right now)
without causing an explosion in the number of Instruction records that
CodeGen then has to pick between.

Daniel Sanders d300ba1ed7 [tblgen] Allow FixedLenDecoderEmitter to use APInt-like objects as InsnType
Summary:
Some targets have very long encodings and uint64_t isn't sufficient. uint128_t
isn't portable so such targets need to use an object instead.

There is one catch with this at the moment, no string of bits extracted
from the encoding may exceeed 64-bits. Fields are still permitted to
exceed 64-bits so long as they aren't one contiguous string of bits. If
this proves to be a problem then we can modify the generation of
fieldFromInstruction() calls to account for it but for now I've added an
assertion for this.

InsnType must either be integral or an APInt-like object that must:
* Have a static const max_size_in_bits equal to the number of bits in the encoding.
* be default-constructible and copy-constructible
* be constructible from a uint64_t (this is the key area the interface deviates
  from APInt since this constructor does not take the bit width)
* be constructible from an APInt (this can be private)
* be convertible to uint64_t
* Support the ~, &,, ==, !=, and |= operators with other objects of the same type
* Support shift (<<, >>) with signed and unsigned integers on the RHS
* Support put (<<) to raw_ostream&

Stella Stamenova bb9fd461a9 [windows] Don't inline fieldFromInstruction on Windows
Summary:
The VS compiler (on Windows) has a bug which results in fieldFromInstruction being optimized out in some circumstances. This only happens in *release no debug info* builds that have assertions *turned off* - in all other situations the function is not inlined, so the functionality is correct. All of the bots have assertions turned on, so this path is not regularly tested. The workaround is to not inline the function on Windows - if the bug is fixed in a later release of the VS compiler, the noinline specification can be removed.

The test that consistently reproduces this is Lanai v11.txt test.

Nicola Zaghen d34e60ca85 Rename DEBUG macro to LLVM_DEBUG.
The DEBUG() macro is very generic so it might clash with other projects.
The renaming was done as follows:
- git grep -l 'DEBUG' | xargs sed -i 's/\bDEBUG\s\?(/LLVM_DEBUG(/g'
- git diff -U0 master | ../clang/tools/clang-format/clang-format-diff.py -i -p1 -style LLVM
- Manual change to APInt
- Manually chage DOCS as regex doesn't match it.

In the transition period the DEBUG() macro is still present and aliased
to the LLVM_DEBUG() one.

Matt Arsenault 4cb438b93c TableGen: Allow custom register operand decoder method
This is for a situation where the encoding for a register may be
different depending on the specific operand. For some instructions,
we want to apply additional restrictions beyond the encoding's
constraints.

In AMDGPU some operands are VSrc_32, using the VS_32 pseudo register
class which accept VGPRs, SGPRs, or immediates in the encoding.
Some specific instructions with the same encoding operand do not want
to allow immediates or SGPRs, but the encoding format is different
in this case than a regular VGPR_32 operand.

This allows specifying the encoding should be treated the same
without introducing yet another dummy register class.

Rafael Espindola 55512f9b25 Default SetVector to use a DenseSet.
We use to have an odd difference among MapVector and SetVector. The map
used a DenseMop, but the set used a SmallSet, which in turn uses a
std::set.

I have changed SetVector to use a DenseSet. If you were depending on the
old behaviour you can pass an explicit set type or use SmallSetVector.
The common cases for needing to do it are:

* Optimizing for small sets.
* Sets for types not supported by DenseSet.

Petr Pavlu 182b05784a [TableGen] Improve decoding options for non-orthogonal instructions
When FixedLenDecoder matches an input bitpattern of form [01]+ with an
instruction bitpattern of form [01?]+ (where 0/1 are static bits and ? are
mixed/variable bits) it passes the input bitpattern to a specific instruction
decoder method which then makes a final decision whether the bitpattern is a
valid instruction or not. This means the decoder must handle all possible
values of the variable bits which sometimes leads to opcode rewrites in the
decoder method when the instructions are not fully orthogonal.

The patch provides a way for the decoder method to say that when it returns
Fail it does not necessarily mean the bitpattern is invalid, but rather that
the bitpattern is definitely not an instruction that is recognized by the
decoder method. The decoder can then try to match the input bitpattern with
other possible instruction bitpatterns.

For example, this allows to solve a situation on AArch64 where the `MSR
(immediate)` instruction has form:
1101 0101 0000 0??? 0100 ???? ???1 1111
but not all values of the ? bits are allowed. The rejected values should be
handled by the `extended MSR (register)` instruction:
1101 0101 000? ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

The decoder will first try to decode an input bitpattern that matches both
bitpatterns as `MSR (immediate)` but currently this puts the decoder method of
`MSR (immediate)` into a situation when it must be able to decode all possible
values of the ? bits, i.e. it would need to rewrite the instruction to `MSR
(register)` when it is not `MSR (immediate)`.

The patch allows to specify that the decoder method cannot determine if the
instruction is valid for all variable values. The decoder method can simply
return Fail when it knows it is definitely not `MSR (immediate)`. The decoder
will then backtrack the decoding and find that it can match the input
bitpattern with the more generic `MSR (register)` bitpattern too.

The first several times this was committed (e.g. r229831, r233055), it caused several buildbot failures.
Apparently the reason for most failures was both clang and gcc's inability to deal with large numbers (> 10K) of bitset constructor calls in tablegen-generated initializers of instruction info tables.
