Ahmed Bougacha 4200cc95b4 [ARM] Enable vector extload combine for legal types.
This commit enables forming vector extloads for ARM.
It only does so for legal types, and when we can't fold the extension
in a wide/long form of the user instruction.

Enabling it for larger types isn't as good an idea on ARM as it is on
X86, because:
- we pretend that extloads are legal, but end up generating vld+vmov
- we have instructions like vld {dN, dM}, which can't be generated
  when we "manually expand" extloads to vld+vmov.

For legal types, the combine doesn't fire that often: in the
integration tests only in a big endian testcase, where it removes a
pointless AND.

David Blaikie a79ac14fa6 [opaque pointer type] Add textual IR support for explicit type parameter to load instruction
Essentially the same as the GEP change in r230786.

A similar migration script can be used to update test cases, though a few more
test case improvements/changes were required this time around: (r229269-r229278)

import fileinput
import sys
import re

pat = re.compile(r"((?:=|:|^)\s*load (?:atomic )?(?:volatile )?(.*?))(| addrspace\(\d+\) *)\*($| *(?:%|@|null|undef|blockaddress|getelementptr|addrspacecast|bitcast|inttoptr|\[\[[a-zA-Z]|\{\{).*$)")

for line in sys.stdin:
  sys.stdout.write(re.sub(pat, r"\1, \2\3*\4", line))

Stephen Lin d24ab20e9b Mass update to CodeGen tests to use CHECK-LABEL for labels corresponding to function definitions for more informative error messages. No functionality change and all updated tests passed locally.
This update was done with the following bash script:

  find test/CodeGen -name "*.ll" | \
  while read NAME; do
    echo "$NAME"
    if ! grep -q "^; *RUN: *llc.*debug" $NAME; then
      TEMP=`mktemp -t temp`
      cp $NAME $TEMP
      sed -n "s/^define [^@]*@\([A-Za-z0-9_]*\)(.*$/\1/p" < $NAME | \
      while read FUNC; do
        sed -i '' "s/;\(.*\)\([A-Za-z0-9_-]*\):\( *\)$FUNC: *\$/;\1\2-LABEL:\3$FUNC:/g" $TEMP
      done
      sed -i '' "s/;\(.*\)-LABEL-LABEL:/;\1-LABEL:/" $TEMP
      sed -i '' "s/;\(.*\)-NEXT-LABEL:/;\1-NEXT:/" $TEMP
      sed -i '' "s/;\(.*\)-NOT-LABEL:/;\1-NOT:/" $TEMP

Silviu Baranga 3f40d87207 Fixed the DAG combiner to better handle the folding of AND nodes for vector types. The previous code was making the assumption that the length of the bitmask returned by isConstantSplat was equal to the size of the vector type. Now we first make sure that the splat value has at least the length of the vector lane type, then we only use as many fields as we have available in the splat value.

Tim Northover 3de97b7a86 Use VLD1 in NEON extenting-load patterns instead of VLDR.
On some cores it's a bad idea for performance to mix VFP and NEON instructions
and since these patterns are NEON anyway, the NEON load should be used.

James Molloy 1ea6473688 An oversight when applying the patches for r150956 and r150957 to a vanilla tree meant I forgot to svn add these testcases.
Noticed while investigating PR12274!
