Duncan Sands 211427bda9 Remove the -enable-sjlj-eh option, which doesn't do anything. 
Remove the -enable-eh option which is only used by the JIT,
and replace it with -jit-enable-eh.

Duncan Sands 57a60f0466 Fix PR1833 - eh.exception and eh.selector return two 
values, which means doing extra legalization work.
It would be easier to get this kind of thing right if
there was some documentation...
