Fangrui Song 4a4ce14eb2 [ELF] Mention symbol name in reportRangeError()
For an out-of-range relocation referencing a non-local symbol, report the symbol name and the object file that defines the symbol. As an example:
```
t.o:(function func: .text.func+0x3): relocation R_X86_64_32S out of range: -281474974609120 is not in [-2147483648, 2147483647]
```
=>
```
t.o:(function func: .text.func+0x3): relocation R_X86_64_32S out of range: -281474974609120 is not in [-2147483648, 2147483647]; references func
>>> defined in t1.o
```

Sean Fertile 3ca494b2ee Modify InputSectionBase::getLocation to add section and offset to every loc.
The section and offset can be very helpful in diagnosing certian errors.
For example on a relocation overflow or misalignment diagnostic:

test.c:(function foo): relocation R_PPC64_ADDR16_DS out of range: ...

The function foo can have many R_PPC64_ADDR16_DS relocations. Adding the offset
and section will identify exactly which relocation is causing the failure.

Fangrui Song ebf9607d7d [ELF] mergeSections: remove non-alive MergeInputSection
Summary: This makes it conform to what the comment says. Otherwise when getErrPlace() is called afterwards, cast<InputSection>(D) will cause incompatible cast as MergeInputSection is not a subclass of InputSection.

George Rimar 448ef7793d [ELF] - Check we able to report function symbols that encloses a location in error messages.
InputSectionBase::getLocation() have the following block of the code which
is uncovered by our test cases:
https://github.com/llvm-mirror/lld/blob/master/ELF/InputSection.cpp#L238

Patch adds a test to trigger this branch.
