[DebugInfo] Add debug locations to constant SD nodes

This adds debug location to constant nodes of Selection DAG and updates
all places that create constants to pass debug locations
(see PR13269).

Can't guarantee that all locations are correct, but in a lot of cases choice
is obvious, so most of them should be. At least all tests pass.

Tests for these changes do not cover everything, instead just check it for
SDNodes, ARM and AArch64 where it's easy to get incorrect locations on
constants.

This is not complete fix as FastISel contains workaround for wrong debug
locations, which drops locations from instructions on processing constants,
but there isn't currently a way to use debug locations from constants there
as llvm::Constant doesn't cache it (yet). Although this is a bit different
issue, not directly related to these changes.

Eric Christopher 96e72c6ab1 Remove most of the TargetMachine::getSubtarget/getSubtargetImpl
calls that don't take a Function argument from Mips. Notable
exceptions: the AsmPrinter and MipsTargetObjectFile. The
latter needs to be fixed, and the former will be fixed when the
general AsmPrinter changes happen.

Eric Christopher fc6de428c8 Have MachineFunction cache a pointer to the subtarget to make lookups
shorter/easier and have the DAG use that to do the same lookup. This
can be used in the future for TargetMachine based caching lookups from
the MachineFunction easily.

Update the MIPS subtarget switching machinery to update this pointer
at the same time it runs.

Eric Christopher 4e7d1e7e7b Fundamentally change the MipsSubtarget replacement machinery:
a) Move the replacement level decision to the target machine.
b) Create additional subtargets at the TargetMachine level to
   cache and make replacement easy.
c) Make the mips16 features obvious.
d) Remove the override logic as it no longer does anything.
e) Have MipsModuleDAGToDAGISel take only the target machine.
f) Have the constant islands pass grab the current subtarget
   from the MachineFunction (via the TargetMachine) instead
   of caching it.
g) Unconditionally initialize TLOF.
h) Remove the old complicated subtarget based resetting and
   replace it with simple conditionals.

Eric Christopher 22405e4bbf Make it possible for the Subtarget to change between function
passes in the mips back end. This, unfortunately, required a
bit of churn in the various predicates to use a pointer rather
than a reference.

Daniel Sanders 94eda2e1ab [mips] Replace FeatureFPIdx with FeatureMips4_32r2
Summary:
No functional change.

The minor change to the MIPS16 code is in preparation for a patch that will handle 32-bit FPIdx instructions separately to 64-bit (because they were added in different revisions)

Chandler Carruth 8a8cd2bab9 Re-sort all of the includes with ./utils/sort_includes.py so that
subsequent changes are easier to review. About to fix some layering
issues, and wanted to separate out the necessary churn.

Also comment and sink the include of "Windows.h" in three .inc files to
match the usage in Memory.inc.

Reed Kotler d6aadc797c Fix two issues regarding Got pointer (GP) setup.
1) make sure that the first two instructions of the sequence cannot
separate from each other. The linker requires that they be sequential.
If they get separated, it can still work but it will not work in all
cases because the first of the instructions mostly involves the hi part
of the pc relative offset and that part changes slowly. You would have
to be at the right boundary for this to matter.
2) make sure that this sequence begins  on a longword boundary. 
There appears to be a bug in binutils which makes some of these calculations
get messed up if the instruction sequence does not begin on a longword
boundary. This is being investigated with the appropriate binutils folks.

Bill Wendling f77190855d Cache the TargetLowering info object as a pointer.
Caching it as a pointer allows us to reset it if the TargetMachine object
changes.

Andrew Trick ef9de2a739 Track IR ordering of SelectionDAG nodes 2/4.
Change SelectionDAG::getXXXNode() interfaces as well as call sites of
these functions to pass in SDLoc instead of DebugLoc.

Reed Kotler 1595f36d6d This patch enables llvm to switch between compiling for mips32/mips64
and mips16 on a per function basis.

Because this patch is somewhat involved I have provide an overview of the
key pieces of it.

The patch is written so as to not change the behavior of the non mixed
mode. We have tested this a lot but it is something new to switch subtargets
so we don't want any chance of regression in the mainline compiler until
we have more confidence in this.

Mips32/64 are very different from Mip16 as is the case of ARM vs Thumb1.
For that reason there are derived versions of the register info, frame info, 
instruction info and instruction selection classes.

Now we register three separate passes for instruction selection.
One which is used to switch subtargets (MipsModuleISelDAGToDAG.cpp) and then
one for each of the current subtargets (Mips16ISelDAGToDAG.cpp and
MipsSEISelDAGToDAG.cpp).

When the ModuleISel pass runs, it determines if there is a need to switch
subtargets and if so, the owning pointers in MipsTargetMachine are
appropriately changed.

When 16Isel or SEIsel is run, they will return immediately without doing
any work if the current subtarget mode does not apply to them.

In addition, MipsAsmPrinter needs to be reset on a function basis.

The pass BasicTargetTransformInfo is substituted with a null pass since the
pass is immutable and really needs to be a function pass for it to be
used with changing subtargets. This will be fixed in a follow on patch.
