This commit adds debugging support for set types defined in languages
such as Pascal and Modula-2.

Fixed section of code that iterated through a SmallDenseMap and added
instructions in each iteration, causing non-deterministic code; replaced
SmallDenseMap with MapVector to prevent non-determinism.
This reverts commit 01ac6d1587.
This caused non-deterministic compiler output; see comment on the
code review.

This reverts commit df69c69427.
This patch updates the various IR passes to correctly handle dbg.values with a
DIArgList location. This patch does not actually allow DIArgLists to be produced
by salvageDebugInfo, and it does not affect any pass after codegen-prepare.
Other than that, it should cover every IR pass.
Most of the changes simply extend code that operated on a single debug value to
operate on the list of debug values in the style of any_of, all_of, for_each,
etc. Instances of setOperand(0, ...) have been replaced with with
replaceVariableLocationOp, which takes the value that is being replaced as an
additional argument. In places where this value isn't readily available, we have
to track the old value through to the point where it gets replaced.

The support of a few debug info attributes specifically for Fortran
arrays have been added to LLVM recently, but there's no way to take
advantage of them through DIBuilder. This patch extends
DIBuilder::createArrayType to enable the settings of those attributes.

Summary:
Replace any extant metadata uses of a dying instruction with undef to
preserve debug info accuracy. Some alternatives include:
- Treat Instruction like any other Value, and point its extant metadata
uses to an empty ValueAsMetadata node. This makes extant dbg.value uses
trivially dead (i.e. fair game for deletion in many passes), leading to
stale dbg.values being in effect for too long.
- Call salvageDebugInfoOrMarkUndef. Not needed to make instruction removal
correct. OTOH results in wasted work in some common cases (e.g. when all
instructions in a BasicBlock are deleted).
This came up while discussing some basic cases in
https://reviews.llvm.org/D80052.

Summary:
Have stripNonLineTableDebugInfo() attach updated !llvm.loop metadata to
an instruction (instead of updating and then discarding the metadata).
This fixes "!dbg attachment points at wrong subprogram for function"
errors seen while archiving an iOS app.
It would be nice -- as a follow-up -- to catch this issue earlier,
perhaps by modifying the verifier to constrain where DILocations are
allowed. Any alternative suggestions appreciated.

to reflect the new license.
We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Finish off PR23080 by renaming the debug info IR constructs from `MD*`
to `DI*`. The last of the `DIDescriptor` classes were deleted in
r235356, and the last of the related typedefs removed in r235413, so
this has all baked for about a week.
Note: If you have out-of-tree code (like a frontend), I recommend that
you get everything compiling and tests passing with the *previous*
commit before updating to this one. It'll be easier to keep track of
what code is using the `DIDescriptor` hierarchy and what you've already
updated, and I think you're extremely unlikely to insert bugs. YMMV of
course.
Back to *this* commit: I did this using the rename-md-di-nodes.sh
upgrade script I've attached to PR23080 (both code and testcases) and
filtered through clang-format-diff.py. I edited the tests for
test/Assembler/invalid-generic-debug-node-*.ll by hand since the columns
were off-by-three. It should work on your out-of-tree testcases (and
code, if you've followed the advice in the previous paragraph).
Some of the tests are in badly named files now (e.g.,
test/Assembler/invalid-mdcompositetype-missing-tag.ll should be
'dicompositetype'); I'll come back and move the files in a follow-up
commit.

Split debug info 'flags' bitfield over a vector so the current flags can
be iterated over. This API (in combination with r230107) will be used
for assembly support for symbolic constants.
llvm-svn: 230108
Add `DIDescriptor::getFlag(StringRef)` and
`DIDescriptor::getFlagString(unsigned)`. The latter only converts exact
matches; I'll add separate API for breaking the flags bitfield up into
parts.
llvm-svn: 230107
This reverts commit r218918, effectively reapplying r218914 after fixing
an Ocaml bindings test and an Asan crash. The root cause of the latter
was a tightened-up check in `DILexicalBlock::Verify()`, so I'll file a
PR to investigate who requires the loose check (and why).

This patch addresses the first stage of PR17891 by folding constant
arguments together into a single MDString. Integers are stringified and
a `\0` character is used as a separator.
Part of PR17891.
Note: I've attached my testcases upgrade scripts to the PR. If I've
just broken your out-of-tree testcases, they might help.
