Eric Christopher 53b2cb77cc Unified logic for computing target ABI in backend and front end by moving this common code to Support/TargetParser. 
Modeled Triple::GNU after front end code (aapcs abi) and updated tests that expect apcs abi.

Tim Shen d4ba2f2336 [XRay] Merge xray clang flag tests, and add powerpc64le. 
Summary: I'm not sure why they were in different files, but it's kind of harder to maintain. I create this patch partially for initiate a discussion.

Aaron Ballman 7d2aecbc76 Add XRay flags to Clang. We implement two flags to control the XRay behaviour: 
-fxray-instrument: enables XRay annotation of IR
-fxray-instruction-threshold: configures the threshold for function size (looking at IR instructions), and allow LLVM to decide whether to add the nop sleds later on in the process.

Also implements the related xray_always_instrument and xray_never_instrument function attributes.
