Michael Zolotukhin	b2738e41bf	[LoopUnroll] Switch the default value of -unroll-runtime-epilog back to its original value. Sanjoy Das	71190feca5	[LoopUnrollRuntime] Clean up a predicate. Clean up a predicate I added in r229731, fix the relevant comment and add a test case.
