Sanjay Patel	52151885e4	[PowerPC] add more FMF debug output; NFC We can't see all of the problems currently unless we look at debug output when the global 'unsafe' is on. It's a mess. Sanjay Patel	e7532d2940	[PowerPC] add tests for FMF propagation; NFC I'm choosing PPC out of convenience because it does all of the transforms of interest in these tests by default.
