Kostya Kortchinsky 8bcbcea929 [sanitizer] Define __sanitizer_clockid_t on FreeBSD
Summary:
https://reviews.llvm.org/D41121 broke the FreeBSD build due to that type not
being defined on FreeBSD. As far as I can tell, it is an int, but I do not have
a way to test the change.

Kamil Rytarowski bf228b9200 Handle NetBSD symbol renaming in msan_interceptors.cc
Summary:
NetBSD renames symbols for historical and compat reasons.

Add required symbol renames in sanitizer_common_interceptors.inc:

 - gettimeofday -> __gettimeofday50
 - getrusage -> __getrusage50
 - shmctl -> __shmctl50

Additionally handle sigaction symbol mangling.
Rename the function symbol in the file to SIGACTION_SYMNAME and define
it as __sigaction14 for NetBSD and sigaction for !NetBSD. We cannot use
simple renaming with the proprocessor, as there are valid fields named
sigaction and they must be left intact.

Kamil Rytarowski d7c85137aa Correct NetBSD support in pthread_once(3)/TSan
Summary:
The pthread_once(3)/NetBSD type is built with the following structure:

struct __pthread_once_st {
 pthread_mutex_t pto_mutex;
 int pto_done;
};

Set the pto_done position as shifted by __sanitizer::pthread_mutex_t_sz
from the beginning of the pthread_once struct.

This corrects deadlocks when the pthread_once(3) function
is used.

Dimitry Andric 6c00c9950c Adjust sanitizers for FreeBSD 64-bit inode update
Summary:
Very recently, FreeBSD 12 has been updated to use 64-bit inode numbers:
<https://svnweb.freebsd.org/changeset/base/318737>.  This entails many
user-visible changes, but for the sanitizers the modifications are
limited in scope:
* The `stat` and `lstat` syscalls were removed, and should be replaced
  with calls to `fstatat`.
* The `getdents` syscall was removed, and should be replaced with calls
  to `getdirentries`.
* The layout of `struct dirent` was changed to accomodate 64-bit inode
  numbers, and a new `d_off` field was added.
* The system header <sys/_types.h> now contains a macro `__INO64` to
  determine whether the system uses 64-bit inode numbers.

I tested these changes on both FreeBSD 12.0-CURRENT (after r318959,
which adds the `__INO64` macro), and FreeBSD 11.0-STABLE (which still
uses 32-bit inode numbers).

Dimitry Andric 003fe25b07 Fix build breakage on FreeBSD after rL289878/rL289881
Summary:
After rL289878/rL289881, the build on FreeBSD is broken, because
sanitizer_platform_limits_posix.cc attempts to include <utmp.h> and use
`struct utmp`, neither of which are supported anymore on FreeBSD.

Fix this by adding `&& !SANITIZER_FREEBSD` in a few places, and stop
intercepting utmp functions altogether for FreeBSD.

GLIBC now follows POSIX [1] for both msghdr and cmsghdr definitions,
which means that msg_iovlen, msg_controllen, and cmsg_len are no
longer size_t but sockelen_t for 64-bits architectures. The final struct
size does not change, since paddings were added.

using the same definition for internal __sanitizer_msghdr and
__sanitizer_cmsghdr.

Adhemerval Zanella 19074450ee [MSan] Enable MSAN for aarch64
This patch enabled msan for aarch64 with 39-bit VMA and 42-bit VMA.
As defined by lib/msan/msan.h the memory layout used is for 39-bit is:

   00 0000 0000 - 40 0000 0000:  invalid
   40 0000 0000 - 43 0000 0000:  shadow
   43 0000 0000 - 46 0000 0000:  origin
   46 0000 0000 - 55 0000 0000:  invalid
   55 0000 0000 - 56 0000 0000:  app (low)
   56 0000 0000 - 70 0000 0000:  invalid
   70 0000 0000 - 80 0000 0000:  app (high)

And for 42-bit VMA:

   000 0000 0000 - 100 0000 0000:  invalid
   100 0000 0000 - 11b 0000 0000:  shadow
   11b 0000 0000 - 120 0000 0000:  invalid
   120 0000 0000 - 13b 0000 0000:  origin
   13b 0000 0000 - 2aa 0000 0000:  invalid
   2aa 0000 0000 - 2ab 0000 0000:  app (low)
   2ab 0000 0000 - 3f0 0000 0000:  invalid
   3f0 0000 0000 - 400 0000 0000:  app (high)

Most of tests are passing with exception of:

   * Linux/mallinfo.cc
   * chained_origin_limits.cc
   * dlerror.cc
   * param_tls_limit.cc
   * signal_stress_test.cc
   * nonnull-arg.cpp

The 'Linux/mallinfo.cc' is due the fact AArch64 returns the sret in 'x8'
instead of default first argument 'x1'. So a function prototype that
aims to mimic (by using first argument as the return of function) won't
work. For GCC one can make a register alias (register var asm ("r8")), but
for clang it detects is an unused variable and generate wrong code.

The 'chained_origin_limits' is probably due a wrong code generation,
since it fails only when origin memory is used
(-fsanitize-memory-track-origins=2) and only in the returned code
(return buf[50]).

The 'signal_streess_test' and 'nonnull-arg' are due currently missing variadic
argument handling in memory sanitizer code instrumentation on LLVM side.

Both 'dlerror' and 'param_tls_test' are unknown failures that require
further investigation.

All the failures are XFAIL for aarch64 for now.

This patch allows to build against the recent glibc and disables the

I think it shouldn't be a big deal even for older glibcs, I couldn't find
any place which would actually care about the exact mode field, rather than
the whole structure, appart from the CHECK_SIZE_AND_OFFSET macro.
