Elvina Yakubova b36a3e6140 [llvm-readobj] Update tests because of changes in llvm-readobj behavior 
This patch updates tests using llvm-readobj and llvm-readelf, because
soon reading from stdin will be achievable only via a '-' as described
here: https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46400. Patch with changes to
llvm-readobj behavior is here: https://reviews.llvm.org/D83704

Grouped option syntax (POSIX Utility Conventions) does not play well with -long-option
A subsequent change will reject -long-option.

Petar Jovanovic a5da588b2f [mips] Implement %hi(sym1 - sym2) and %lo(sym1 - sym2) expressions 
Patch implements %hi(sym1 - sym2) and %lo(sym1 - sym2) expressions for MIPS
by creating target expression class MipsMCExpr.

Jack Carter dc46338e2d Mips specific standalone assembler addressing mode %hi and %lo. 
The constructs %hi() and %lo() represent the high and low 16 
bits of the address. 
Because the 16 bit offset field of an LW instruction is 
interpreted as signed, if bit 15 of the low part is 1 then the 
low part will act as a negative and 1 needs to be added to the 
high part.
