Eli Friedman 62f3ef2b53 [CGCall] Annotate references with "align" attribute. 
If we're going to assume references are dereferenceable, we should also
assume they're aligned: otherwise, we can't actually dereference them.

Alexey Bataev 5c517a6b13 [OPENMP50]Add support for if clause for simd part in parallel master taskloop simd directive. 
According to OpenMP 5.0, the if clause can be applied to simd
subdirective in the combined directives.
