Sean Fertile	942537d9fa	Stubs out TLOF for AIX and add support for common vars in assembly output. Stubs out a TargetLoweringObjectFileXCOFF class, implementing only SelectSectionForGlobal for common symbols. Stubs out a number of the classes needed to produce a new object file format (XCOFF) for the powerpc-aix target.
