The standard explicitly allows a comma to be omitted between a 'P'
edit descriptor and a following numeric edit descriptor (e.g., 1PE10.1),
and before and after a '/' edit descriptor, but otherwise requires them
between edit descriptors. Most implementations, however, only require
commas where they prevent ambiguity, and accept things like 1XI10.
This extension is already assumed by the static FORMAT checker in
semantics. Patch the runtime to behave accordingly.

In user-defined derived type I/O to an external unit, don't
omit the format string from the constructor of ChildFormattedIoStatement.
And include any user IOMSG text in the crash message of the
parent, if it doesn't catch errors.
Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D117903
User-defined derived type editing in formatted I/O wasn't
working with repeat counts; e.g., "2DT(10)". The solution required
some code to be moved from GetNextDataEdit() to CueUpNextDataEdit() so
that a stack entry for a nonparenthesized repeated data edit
descriptor would work correctly -- all other data edit descriptors
are capable of dealing with repetition in their callees, so the bug
hadn't been exposed before.
Debugging this problem led to some improvements in error messages
for bad format strings, and those changes have been retained; also,
a dead member function was discovered and expunged.

A CHARACTER variable used as an output format may contain
unquoted tab characters, which are treated as if they had
been quoted. This is an extension supported by all other
Fortran compilers to which I have access.

Move the closure of the subset of flang/runtime/*.h header files that
are referenced by source files outside flang/runtime (apart from unit tests)
into a new directory (flang/include/flang/Runtime) so that relative
include paths into ../runtime need not be used.
flang/runtime/pgmath.h.inc is moved to flang/include/flang/Evaluate;
it's not used by the runtime.

Non-advancing I/O was failing; ExternalFileUnit was losing
track of what writes had been committed to the file. Fixed.
Also, support the common extension of $ and \ in a FORMAT
as being equivalent to ADVANCE=NO.
Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D105046
With derived type description tables now available to the
runtime library, it is possible to implement the concept
of "child" I/O statements in the runtime and use them to
convert instances of derived type I/O data transfers into
calls to user-defined subroutines when they have been specified
for a type. (See Fortran 2018, subclauses 12.6.4.8 & 13.7.6).
- Support formatted, list-directed, and NAMELIST
transfers to internal parent units; support these, and unformatted
transfers, for external parent units.
- Support nested child defined derived type I/O.
- Parse DT'foo'(v-list) FORMAT data edit descriptors and passes
their strings &/or v-list values as arguments to the defined
formatted I/O routines.
- Fix problems with this feature encountered in semantics and
FORMAT valiation during development and end-to-end testing.
- Convert typeInfo::SpecialBinding from a struct to a class
after adding a member function.

The estimation of the decimal exponent needs to allow for all
'd' of the requested significant digits.
Also accept a plus sign on a "+kP" scaling factor in a format.

A comma is not required between a scale factor and a following
data edit descriptor (C1302).

When FORMAT control reaches the final parenthesis and data items
remain, we advance a record and revert to the beginning of the
FORMAT for further items. But when the FORMAT contains any
nested parenthesized group of editing descriptors, possibly
repeated, reversion must be to the beginning of the last such
top-level parenthesized group, including its repetition count.
