This change is for those who use lld as a library. Context:
https://reviews.llvm.org/D70287
This patch adds a new parmeter to lld::*::link() so that we can pass
an raw_ostream object representing stdout. Previously, lld::*::link()
took only an stderr object.
Justification for making stdoutOS and stderrOS mandatory: I wanted to
make link() functions to take stdout and stderr in that order.
However, if we change the function signature from
bool link(ArrayRef<const char *> args, bool canExitEarly,
raw_ostream &stderrOS = llvm::errs());
to
bool link(ArrayRef<const char *> args, bool canExitEarly,
raw_ostream &stdoutOS = llvm::outs(),
raw_ostream &stderrOS = llvm::errs());
, then the meaning of existing code that passes stderrOS silently
changes (stderrOS would be interpreted as stdoutOS). So, I chose to
make existing code not to compile, so that developers can fix their
code.

Works on this dependency chain:
ArrayRef.h ->
Hashing.h -> --CUT--
Host.h ->
StringMap.h / StringRef.h
ArrayRef is very popular, but Host.h is rarely needed. Move the
IsBigEndianHost constant to SwapByteOrder.h. Clients of that header are
more likely to need it.

This patch does the same thing as r365595 to other subdirectories,
which completes the naming style change for the entire lld directory.
With this, the naming style conversion is complete for lld.

to reflect the new license.
We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Summary:
Error handling in liblldCore and the Darwin toolchain prints to an
output stream. A TODO in the project explained that a diagnostics
interface resembling Clang's should be added.
For now, the simple diagnostics interface defined in liblldCommon seems
like an improvement. It prints colors when they're available, uses locks
for thread-safety, and abstracts away the `"error: "` and newline
literal strings that litter the Darwin toolchain code.
To use the liblldCommon error handler, a link dependency is added to
the liblldDriver library.
Test Plan:
1. check-lld
2. Invoke `ld64.lld -r` in a terminal that supports color output.
Confirm that "ld64.lld: error: -arch not specified and could not be inferred"
is output, and that the "error:" is colored red!

We have a few functions that virtually all command wants to run on
process startup/shutdown. This patch adds InitLLVM class to do that
all at once, so that we don't need to copy-n-paste boilerplate code

We are running lld tests with "--full-shutdown" option because we don't
want to call _exit() in lld if it is running tests. Regular shutdown
is needed for leak sanitizer.
This patch changes the way how we tell lld that it is running tests.
Now "--full-shutdown" is removed, and LLD_IN_TEST environment variable
is used instead.
This patch enables full shutdown on all ports, e.g. ELF, COFF and wasm.
Previously, we enabled it only for ELF.

We currently use target_link_libraries without an explicit scope
specifier (INTERFACE, PRIVATE or PUBLIC) when linking executables.
Dependencies added in this way apply to both the target and its
dependencies, i.e. they become part of the executable's link interface
and are transitive.
Transitive dependencies generally don't make sense for executables,
since you wouldn't normally be linking against an executable. This also
causes issues for generating install export files when using
LLVM_DISTRIBUTION_COMPONENTS. For example, clang has a lot of LLVM
library dependencies, which are currently added as interface
dependencies. If clang is in the distribution components but the LLVM
libraries it depends on aren't (which is a perfectly legitimate use case
if the LLVM libraries are being built static and there are therefore no
run-time dependencies on them), CMake will complain about the LLVM
libraries not being in export set when attempting to generate the
install export file for clang. This is reasonable behavior on CMake's
part, and the right thing is for LLVM's build system to explicitly use
PRIVATE dependencies for executables.
Unfortunately, CMake doesn't allow you to mix and match the keyword and
non-keyword target_link_libraries signatures for a single target; i.e.,
if a single call to target_link_libraries for a particular target uses
one of the INTERFACE, PRIVATE, or PUBLIC keywords, all other calls must
also be updated to use those keywords. This means we must do this change
in a single shot. I also fully expect to have missed some instances; I
tested by enabling all the projects in the monorepo (except dragonegg),
and configuring both with and without shared libraries, on both Darwin
and Linux, but I'm planning to rely on the buildbots for other
configurations (since it should be pretty easy to fix those).
Even after this change, we still have a lot of target_link_libraries
calls that don't specify a scope keyword, mostly for shared libraries.
I'm thinking about addressing those in a follow-up, but that's a
separate change IMO.

Previously, the COFF driver would call exit(0) when called
as a library. Now it takes `ExitEarly` option, and if it
is false, it doesn't exit. So it is now more library-friendly.
Furthermore, link() calls freeArena() before returning, to
clean up resources.

When using lld on macOS the current level of detection between ld and
ld64 forces us to rename lld to ld.
For ELF targets we have the ld.lld alias so for MACHO we should have
ld64.lld so we can use lld without replacing the system compiler.
This also solves the additional issue of cross compiling for MACHO
where renaming lld to ld with only target ELF.
The clang driver component changes will be in a follow-up commit.

Summary:
Lld's build had a couple of issues which prevented a successfull
LLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB compilation.
- add_llvm_library vs llvm_add_library: One adds a library to libLLVM.so, other
one doesn't. Lld was using the wrong one, causing symbols to be mupltiply
defined in things linking to libLLVM.
- confusion when to use LINK_LIBS vs LINK_COMPONENTS in llvm_add_library
- not using LLVM_LINK_COMPONENTS for add_lld_tool
With these fixes lld compiles and it's test suite passes both in
LLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB mode and without it.

As the state of lld gets more complicated, shutting down gets more
expensive.
In a normal lld run we can just call _exit immediately after renaming
the temporary output file. We still want the ability to run a full
shutdown since that is useful for detecting memory leaks.
This patch adds a --full-shutdown flag and changes lit to use it.

Dispatching based on argv[0] seems to be more convenient for users
than dispatching based on -flavor option. Currently, when a user
invoke LLD as "lld", we recommend them pass -flavor option. This
patch changes the message so that we recommend use ld.lld, ld or
lld-link instead.

UniversalDriver was used as a dispatcher to each platform-specific driver.
It had its own Options.td file. It was not just too much to parse only a
few options (we only want to parse -core, -flavor or argv[0]),
but also interpreted arguments too early. For example, if you invoke lld as
"lld -flavor gnu ... -help", then you'd get the UniversalDriver's help
message instead of GnuDriver's. This patch eliminates the use of Options
from the dispatcher.
